Currently, I am a fellow of the National Postdoctoral Program (PNPD/CAPES) in the graduate program in Biological Oceanography at FURG. My professional trajectory is marked by solid experience in the areas of Ecology and Biology, focusing on Applied Ecology for the research and conservation of marine mammals. I have participated in various expeditions to remote areas, including the São Pedro and São Paulo Archipelago and the Antarctic continent, integrating the Brazilian Antarctic Program. My field expertise also includes cetaceans in coastal and estuarine regions in Brazil, as well as research in the Amazon rivers. Currently, I coordinate the Talude Project, which conducts oceanographic cruises in offshore waters in Brazil. In addition, I teach the course "Public Policies for Marine Biodiversity Conservation in Brazil" in the graduate program in Biological Oceanography.
